Taryn + Brad’s Forrest Private Estate Wedding

{EJ} Taryn’s first email to us started with “Sooooo I’m gonna be Frank and get to the point…the only thing I have ever wanted since being a little girl is to have a man hand-picked from God to marry and a wedding video HAHA. I have one of those two things and I obviously need one more… your work is beautiful and so emotional and…can I say perfect? ” I immediately turned to Kaleb who was reading aloud and said with desperation in my eyes, “Oh please, please, pleaaaase tell me we’re available for their wedding date.”

There are just some people you click with and that was immediately the case with Taryn and Brad. They are so down to earth. They’re the kind of people we can sit across a table with and talk for hours – talk about God, life, friendship, family, travel, food, music…everything. When we met, within 10 minutes of conversation Taryn’s eyes welled up while talking about their love story and how much God loves us, which made me teary, which made her tear up more, which made me totally grab tissues … well, you get the idea. And it’s pretty clear from Brad’s style why he gets along so well with Kaleb. I’m pretty certain they share at least one beard joke a week via text message admits a flurry of iPhone photos of food. Ha! The relationship just worked brilliantly from the get. So when we arrived on this gorgeous private estate to film their wedding day, it didn’t feel like we were working. It felt like we were spending an incredible day with friends.

An incredible day it was. Brad had my favorite groom reaction of 2016. The loss of breath, shaking his head, and the glimpse…I mean, can we talk about it? Lol. Honestly, it was a miracle Brad stayed on his feet because Taryn was the most stunning bride I’ve ever seen walk down the aisle. She was an absolute vision. I could totally spoil this whole video with a blog post, but really, you just need to watch it. Kaleb and I came home with hearts so full, to then find notes that Taryn had hidden in our camera bags! HAHAHA! Seriously, what bride has time to do this on their wedding day?! Only Taryn. 🙂 The notes are still hanging in our office.
