After several hours of travel, gear prep, multiple days of filming, and a party to die for, Kaleb and I retired to our car at Brush Creek Ranch. It was the conclusion of Adam + Sari’s incredible wedding weekend. I immediately kicked off my shoes and looked at Kaleb. After a deep sigh he turned to me and said, “I would turn around and do that again in a heartbeat.” Oh yes.
Our response tells you about Sari + Adam. They are the type of people you want to serve over and over and over again. If you know Sari + Adam personally, I’d like to congratulate you. You are among the lucky ones. Incredibly smart, driven, fun, thoughtful, friendly, engaging, magnetic, incredibly generous, shall I go on? They are brilliant to each other and for each other. They were so unbelievably kind, vulnerable, and generous with us.
Their vision was spectacular…I’m running out of positive adjectives but bear with me. They brought 130 of their friends and family to Brush Creek Ranch to not only witness their marriage but to have an experience. Guys, not a single person present that weekend will forget it. Fly fishing, archery, clay shooting, mountain biking, horseback riding, climbing, cattle driving…if you were expecting a cowboy experience, boy, did you get it. After a full day of adventuring with their guests it was hard to believe that the wedding had yet happened and to be honest, I wasn’t sure how it could be topped. Spoiler. The adventure day was actually topped by the wedding!
Here’s one of the things we loved most about this wedding. When we met Sari + Adam via Facetime, we talked mostly about their focus on the guest experience. Adam + Sari were so focused on their guests having the time of their lives probably more than accepting attention as bride and groom. Yes, every guest had a memorable experience but the weekend was about Adam + Sari and their family and friends made sure of that. You hear it in the words that were spoken to them and the multiple ways they were honored throughout the weekend. How deserving. Adam and Sari deserve that honor. I can’t even tell you how awesome it was to witness them realize that. Soooo many tears flowed during those moments.
We would be remiss to not mention the world class vendors and artists we partnered with. It makes our job so easy when our couple is well taken care of on all sides. As we sorted through footage and edited these films we saw nothing but smiles and laughs from friends and family. Adam and Sari were so well at ease and in the moment the entire weekend. This was a direct reflection of the brilliant work of the planning firm Jennifer Zabinski Events. Their attention to detail and client experience is completely unmatched. Alongside JZ Events, David Beahm‘s floral artistry was an absolute vision. Straight out of a dream and brilliantly inspired by the stunning landscape and natural textures of Brush Creek Ranch, every bloom was perfection and the design whole defined the word “elegant.” Brush Creek Ranch staff and rangers – there are not enough kind words to say about them. By the end of the weekend we knew the whole activities staff by name due to how often we were in their office, haha. There was always a ranger to zip us here and there so we can capture the guest experience. We couldn’t be more thankful for how accommodating they were to the guests and to us. Lil’ ole US! Our hearts are bursting. A million thank you’s. Finally, Fred Marcus Studio – it’s always a pleasure to partner with a studio that fully understands the needs of video. We enjoyed dancing with you guys!
Well as usual I can spoil the film with a blog so…just watch the films. The wedding highlight film of Sari + Adam can be viewed above. For more goodness from Brush Creek Ranch, check out their adventure highlight film below!
